Raw Material Stock Co-ordinator

Overview

Raw Material Stock Co-ordinator (1-year Fixed Term Contract)  role supports data management of the Raw Materials Excess (RMX) to facilitate achievement of targets for utilisation and disposal, ensure the database is fully updated, reconciled to physical inventory held at locations (legacy stock) and cleansed. The role is offered with a 1-year fixed term contract.

• Database Stock Accuracy Maintenance
• Drive RMX validation initially focusing on legacy stock
• Drive data cleansing exercise of key data for utilisation and disposal
• Support data accuracy in requesting missing data
• Drive and monitor transfer to RMX warehouse with internal teams and external partners (including new ways of RMX transfer)
• Support with stock count and data queries
• Build a relation with RMX warehouse team
• Disposal Driving:
  Engage and build strong relations with key disposal partners and BBY Corporate Responsibility team
• Support identification of stock for disposal
• Identify best disposal channel in line with BBY waste management hierarchy
• Understand disposal limitations and support in reducing disposal limitations
• Build robust process to drive successful disposal
• Maintain and expand network of 3rd party buyers
• Drive reselling to 3rd party buyers
• Support innovation and sustainability in RMX
• Internal Utilisation:
  Support identification of RM utilisation opportunity
• Ensure top RMX Swatches from suppliers, vendors / RMX warehouse are available
• Drive visibility of RM stock to key stakeholders
• Support internal utilisation with internal key stakeholders
• Other:
  Investigate and request outstanding payment of RMX if required
• General reporting around RM stock
• Drive or support project around RM stock
• Participate in target setting and monitoring

• Some administration experience
• Textile understanding
• Italian speaking an advantage
• Excellent command of Excel
• Attention to details
• Numerical fluency
