Introducing Trainline Supply 2.0 👋As rail across Europe becomes more integral to Trainline, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work as part of one of Trainline’s most exciting initiatives. The Supply 2.0 program is focused on improving and scaling our current Supply stack to unlock Trainline’s next phase of growth. The overall objective is to ensure that Trainline can serve growing volumes of customer traffic as well as onboarding new carriers faster and more efficiently into our platform, while ensuring our core systems remain scalable, resilient, and easier to work with.

- Work closely with 1–2 engineering squads across your defined scope, driving clarity, prioritisation, and product engineering delivery.
- Have great analysis and interpretation skills, and be able to create strong partnership across your data counterparts.
- Define and drive the team’s OKRs and KPIs, ensuring they align with overall initiative and company goals.
- Drive through the current iterations of our new integration platform build, and ensure that we’re working towards our core goals, objectives and outcomes.
- Collaborate with and manage a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment while driving core decision‑making to move forward our initiatives and metrics.
- Work on search functionality for systems that operate at scale and across a large tech footprint and ability to understand and work both at low and high‑level.
- Build credibility by striving to understand technology decisions and implications, and build knowledge of domain.
- Balance competing priorities by leveraging data, business insights, and strong product instincts to effectively assess and determine where to make your bets.
- Partner with product team members across our EU and UK inventories to drive long‑term vision and alignment across our supply estate.
- Live the Trainline values and behaviours, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing Product and Engineering culture.
- A track record of driving meaningful improvements and consistent delivery across complex and technical areas while caring and improving customer experience.
- Proven experience in a Product Management role in a fast‑paced eCommerce, Travel, Marketplace, or Technology environment where you’ve had to make critical decisions that impact customers at scale.
- Strong instincts and product leadership skills - knowing when to push forward, when to pivot, and how to focus on the highest‑impact opportunities.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including Data Science, Architecture and Engineering, to create a scalable and efficient core platform.
