CEO​/Commercial Director – Corporate English Training B2B

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader with a strong background in corporate education and training sales in London to drive B2B growth.

This role is focused on acquiring corporate clients, building a structured sales pipeline, and scaling revenue within the London corporate market.

This is a senior revenue-focused leadership position.

• Experience selling to HR and L&D decision-makers
• Strong understanding of UK corporate procurement processes
• History of building and managing structured B2B sales pipelines

Applications without London-based corporate education sales experience will not be considered.

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategy for the London market
• Generate and close corporate contracts
• Build relationships with HR and L&D departments
• Implement CRM systems, KPIs, and forecasting
• Scale commercial operations and revenue

• £90,000 – £120,000 base (depending on experience)
• Uncapped performance-based commission (realistic OTE £180,000+)
