Our client is seeking a commercially driven National Sales Executive / Manager to accelerate retail growth.
This is a high‑impact role focused on bricks & mortar and online retail accounts (excluding Amazon and TTS). You will own and grow key national accounts, expand distribution, and unlock new business opportunities across major UK retailers.
Working closely with the current distributor, you'll also play an important role in preparing for a future transition to a direct‑to‑retail model, contributing to commercial planning, margin strategy, and account readiness.
We're looking for someone from a high‑growth consumer goods or FMCG brand with strong new business and account management experience.
You've spent at least 18 months in your current role and have a proven track record of owning retailer relationships end-to-end and delivering profitable growth.
You are commercially sharp and confident managing P&Ls, forecasting, promotional planning, and margin negotiations.
Comfortable both strategically and operationally, you turn plans into execution from range reviews and activations to buyer pitches and trade shows.
