We are seeking a commercially focused and impact-driven Sustainability Sourcing Specialist to join our UK & EMEA Supply Chain Operations team. This role plays a critical part in embedding environmental sustainability into supplier management and sourcing strategies, while ensuring measurable commercial value.
Skills & Experience Required- Develop and support the sustainability strategy and targets for the Supply Chain Operations team
- Embed environmental sustainability into sourcing practices across UK & EMEA
- Horizon scan emerging sustainability legislation and assess supply chain impact
- Ensure sustainability initiatives deliver tangible commercial and operational benefits
- Act as the key contact for supplier sustainability engagement across the region
- Support implementation of group-wide sustainability targets
- Integrate tools and processes to assess supplier performance against Responsible Sourcing Principles and Environmental Commitments
- Experience with Food Industry is added advantage
