Data Privacy Consultant

Lex Dinamica is recruiting a full-time Data Privacy Advisor to strengthen its London consulting team. The role is suited to professionals with established experience in data protection advisory work who are confident delivering client engagements and converting regulatory requirements into structured, operational outcomes.

• Provide advisory support on UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and wider international data protection frameworks
• Assist clients in building, refining, and ope rationalising privacy programmes and governance structures
• Deliver DPIAs, LIAs, privacy gap assessments, and risk evaluations
• Draft and review key privacy documentation, including policies, procedures, and records of processing activities
• Support remediation initiatives, regulatory updates, and audit-readiness programmes
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to deliver clear, commercially grounded advice
• Contribute to internal methodology development and knowledge sharing

• Demonstrable experience in data privacy or data protection roles, preferably within consulting, legal, or advisory settings
• Strong working knowledge of UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and associated compliance obligations
• Experience managing multiple client priorities and deadlines
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical implementation steps
• Strong written drafting capability and structured communication skills
• Professional certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent advantageous but not mandatory
• Full-time position
• Hybrid working model (London-based team)
• Exposure to varied, multi-sector client projects within a structured consulting environment
