Supply Chain Manager

As we scale across e-commerce, marketplaces, and retail partnerships, we are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to strategically lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will take ownership of the full supply chain strategy, ensuring scalability, margin protection, and operational excellence as the business grows.

This role is both strategic and hands‑on responsible for demand forecasting, procurement planning, supplier negotiations, inventory optimisation, and operational process development.

You will play a key leadership role in aligning supply chain performance with revenue growth, marketing activity, and retail expansion.

• Design and implement a scalable supply chain strategy aligned with business growth targets
• Develop long‑term procurement and sourcing strategies to protect margins and improve cost efficiencies
• Lead advanced demand forecasting using sales trends, campaign activity, and growth projections
• Optimise stock coverage to balance availability and working capital efficiency
• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing structures, MOQs, and payment terms
• Strengthen supplier partnerships and implement performance scorecards
• Identify alternative sourcing opportunities to mitigate risk and improve commercial leverage
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs (OTIF, stock cover, lead time, inventory turnover, margin impact)
• Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to align supply planning with campaign and retail activity
• Work with Finance to manage cash flow impact and inventory investment strategy
• Support retail and wholesale expansion with scalable fulfilment planning

• 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations leadership roles
• Proven experience scaling supply chains within FMCG, wellness, healthcare, or consumer goods sectors
• Strong commercial acumen with experience protecting margins and negotiating supplier contracts
• Advanced analytical skills and confidence working with forecasting and performance data
• Experience implementing supply chain systems or ERP platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
