That’s rarely because of the solution itself – it’s usually because the change hasn’t been shaped, planned, or managed effectively, and people aren’t properly supported through it.
You will make an impact by:
- Working closely with clients to establish trust and credibility quickly and build effective relationships
- Being a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and valuing collaboration and idea exchange
- Being a problem solver, creative thinker, and self-starter who is organised, proactive and inquisitive
- Supporting the delivery of transformation projects and demonstrating value delivered to organisations
- Juggling multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people? If you can spot inefficiencies in everyday life and are passionate about making improvements, this role is perfect for you!
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Experience working within a professional services or consulting environment, supporting multiple projects or work streams
- Knowledge of either operating model design and transformation or change management principles, including stakeholder engagement and communication support
- Experience supporting or operating within a Project Management Office (PMO), including project planning, governance, reporting, and RAID management
- Ability to identify, consolidate and clearly communicate risks and issues within projects or programmes, escalating appropriately
- Experience supporting the planning and facilitation of workshops, including preparing materials, capturing requirements, identifying process gaps, documenting actions
- Strong academic record: preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree (such as finance, accounting, business management or data…
