Client Details
Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed electronics start-up developing next-generation connected devices based in London. Having recently expanded its product pipeline and established international supplier relationships, the business is now seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operational efficiency during an exciting period of scale-up.
Description
As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of daily operations, working closely with leadership, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating operational workflows across product, supply chain, logistics, and customer operations
Managing supplier communications and tracking purchase orders, shipments, and inventory
Supporting onboarding of new operational processes, documentation, and systems
Assisting with compliance, health & safety, and quality assurance administration
Preparing reports, dashboards, and operational insights for senior management
Providing organisational support across scheduling, internal communication, and project coordination
Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partnersProfile
The successful Operations Coordinator candidate will come with the following skill-set:
Prior experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role within a fast-paced environment
Previous start-up experience is highly desired
Strong organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work autonomously
Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with suppliers and stakeholders
Proficiency with operational systems, spreadsheets, and workflow tools
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and enthusiasm for working in an agile start-up setting
Experience with in electronics, hardware, technology, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous but not essential.
Job Offer
£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus (performance bonus - company discretion)
4 days a week in the office
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
