Location:

Hybrid – London or Norwich base location. Salary:
London: £48,987 to £61,234 per annum;
National: £45,168 to £56,461 per annum (in exceptional circumstances we would consider a salary of up to 10% above the top of the advertised range).

Hours:

36 hours per week – flexible options considered. Contract Type:
Permanent.

Our Cyber Assurance and Resilience team is growing! This is a great opportunity to join us – Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025. We’re looking for a Resilience Manager to lead and strengthen the organisation’s ability to prepare, respond and recover from disruption by implementing effective resilience, crisis management and business continuity strategies.

• Produce high‑quality continuity plans and associated documentation and contribute to drafting policies, procedures and related guidelines within an area of expertise.
• Identify and engage stakeholders, exploring their needs, issues and concerns, and implement and contribute to the design of disaster recovery, crisis management and contingency plans to protect company data and ensure operational resilience.
• Collect business requirements using a variety of methods and express these in terms of target user roles and goals.
• Maintain and renew a deep knowledge of Clarion’s policies, procedures, relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, ensuring compliance with required standards, identifying patterns of non‑compliance and taking appropriate action to report and resolve issues, escalating as appropriate.

• Significant experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity or Operational Risk.
• HND in Science/Engineering/Business or equivalent qualifications.

With hybrid working and flexible working arrangements this could be the opportunity you’re looking for! Occasional travel may be required. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least two days per week.
