We're expanding our Transaction & Investor Services (TIS) team across all levels and are hiring Consultants and Senior Consultants with proven experience in commercial due diligence and private equity value creation.
Candidates need to have 2-5 years of consulting experience working for private equity clients within the UK. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to deepen their exposure to high-impact transactions while growing alongside an ambitious, collaborative team.

What you ll do
- Support private equity funds, strategic investors as well as corporate clients along the full investment life cycle
- Undertake commercial due diligence (both buy- and sell-side) and post-deal value creation work for a broad range of investors, but with a primary focus on mid-large cap PE and Infrastructure funds
- Join a UK TIS team that will proactively help you with your long-term career development and planning; our UK TIS Partner and Principal team is entirely home grown
Qualifications
What we re looking for
Essential
- 2-5 years of prior consulting experience, working specifically on due diligence and private equity value creation engagements
- Best-in-class communication skills
- Ability to distil complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for private equity clients
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
