Our client, a leading organic and plant-based food company, is seeking a talented National Account Executive, or Junior Account Manager, to drive sales growth in Health Food and Wholesale channels. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a purpose-driven organisation, committed to promoting sustainable farming and biodiversity.
Position OverviewThe National Account Executive will be responsible for delivering the sales plan for their channels, identifying and prioritising development opportunities with the objective of achieving double-digit growth. Additionally, the NAE will support the wider team to contribute to the company's overall success. This is a fantastic development role, offering scope to:
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships
- Analyse data to identify key insights, opportunities and risks
- Launch new products to market, ensuring maximum distribution
- Work cross functionally to shape business planning and activate growth drivers
- Negotiate with accounts to leverage growth opportunities
- Manage P&L (with support) and ensure forecast accuracy
- Experience in FMCG, ideally Food, with a focus on the Health Food Trade, Wholesalers or Convenience
- Solid product/supply chain knowledge
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (advanced level)
- Self-motivated with a degree or equivalent education
- Proven influencing, selling, and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Critical thinking with attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
