We’re supporting a global technology-led organisation with a strong international presence to hire a Business Operations Principal within their International business unit.

This is a senior, high-impact role sitting between strategy and execution. You’ll partner closely with Product and Go-To-Market leaders to shape growth priorities, translate strategy into clear operating plans, and ensure consistent delivery across the business.

• Shape and clarify growth priorities and strategy
• Translate strategy into actionable operating plans
• Lead annual and in-year planning cycles
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and flag risks early
• Improve decision-making, prioritisation, and execution across teams
• Build scalable frameworks, tools, and operating rhythms
• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across Product and GTM

• Background in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Transformation, or Chief of Staff-type roles
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and senior leadership
• Highly structured, analytical, and execution-focused
• Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, or Operations

• Contract through March 2027 with strong visibility and impact
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office
