EA & Recruitment Coordinator

My client, a world-leading exec search firm, is looking to hire an experienced EA & Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a full time, perm basis.

Role: EA & Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + bonuses

Where: South West London

When: Monday - Friday / 3 days in office

• Effective and strategic project management across various hiring projects at one time
• Work in partnership with your consultant to lead and advise on all aspects of the process
• Set up the process and agree on timelines with clients; organise meetings and prepare relevant documents
• Be the point of contact for arranging all logistics for candidate interviews
• Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date with all processes
• Act as a reliable point of contact for incoming communications and provide excellent liaison with clients/candidates
• Manage your consultant’s diary – ensuring no time clashes
• Full administration for your consultant – ensure paperwork is correct
• Assist with Business Development duties

• Previous experience within Exec Search is desired
• Previous experience within an assistant role is essential at senior level
• Previous experience with managing multiple hiring projects at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident with being client facing and happy to lead discussions
• Must possess an incredibly high level of attention to detail
