The Opportunity
As part of the Business Unit Transformers, this role plays a central function in defining, steering and operationalizing our strategy, business development, and M&A agenda. Working closely with colleagues across Corporate Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Market Intelligence, and regional leadership teams, you will help translate insights into action, guide strategic initiatives, and ensure that our organization is well positioned to capture value — both organically and inorganically.
HowYou’ll Make An Impact
- Drive execution of the BU Transformers strategy across business development, M&A, and partnerships with high autonomy
- Lead strategic and M&A work streams (landscaping, opportunity assessments, due diligence) to support organic and inorganic growth
- Prepare executive‑ready analysis and materials, distilling complex insights into clear recommendations
- Strengthen competitive, market, and customer intelligence in collaboration with Sales Operations and Market Intelligence
- Contribute to corporate market views and challenge assumptions across Regions, Segments, and Business Units
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships and navigate senior, global stakeholders while managing shifting priorities and data ambiguity
- Proven capability to independently drive and deliver projects, supported by excellent financial modelling and presentation skills from past Strategy/M&A experience
- Strong research abilities with tenacity and creativity to challenge perspectives and generate impactful insights
- High cultural sensitivity and confidence leading work streams across globally dispersed, multicultural, and often senior stakeholder groups
- Preferred knowledge of Transformers’ segments, key competitors, and customer landscape
- At least 3‑5 years in Strategy/Consulting/M&A/PE/VC
- Fluent in English, with a university degree and willingness to travel occasionally
