Position: Account Director – Greater   - £45k-£60k pa depending on experience

Job Title:

Account Director – Greater London

Our client is an industry leader in branding with global corporations to produce print & packaging with noteworthy brand recognition. The company’s operations are located across North America, Canada, Europe and Asia.

You will be a commercial thinker with boundless energy and will be responsible for ensuring existing clients’ needs are met in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a proven track record in a previous Key Account Manager / Account Director role within a fast paced high volume turnover sector. You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to interpret client briefs and the capability to expedite to necessary areas of the business in order to achieve clients' timeline. You will have a strong analytical mind with the capability of foreseeing problems early and implementing suitable counter measures.

Responsibilities
  • Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship
  • Maintain client satisfaction to an agreed target
  • Maintain client retention to an agreed target
  • Actively seek to increase the services offered and revenue generated to agreed individual and team targets
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of the full client portfolio
  • Develop processes that help to accurately forecast up and coming workloads
Client Relationship Management
  • Continually strengthen and forge excellent client relationships through proactive directorship and communication including face to face meetings, telephone, conference call and email communication
  • Employ excellent listening and probing questioning skills to fully understand the client, their industry sector, the client’s products and services and the client’s marketing objectives
  • Ensure all clients receive timely, high quality reporting from the quality team on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Promote professionalism through manner, appearance and delivery and always keeping promises
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in FMCG, printing or packaging background
  • Knowledge of POS systems
