The Business Development function has genuine visibility and influence, working closely with partners to translate strategy into revenue-generating activity across multiple jurisdictions.

• Own and drive BD plans for designated global practice groups, aligning activity to revenue and market objectives
• Lead the delivery of high-impact events, conferences and international BD initiatives
• Equip partners for overseas BD trips through structured planning, materials and follow-up
• Strengthen CRM insight and reporting to support targeted client development and cross‑selling

• Experience with in a law firm or professional services BD or marketing role
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders across offices and time zones
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and delivery standards
