Pod Talent is thrilled to be partnering with one of the UK’s fastest‑growing drinks brands, currently in an exciting phase of rapid expansion, new product launches, and a growing community of loyal customers. They are now looking to hire 2 Planning Managers to join their London team (5 days in the office).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising co‑manufacturing timelines, materials, and processes to ensure smooth, efficient end‑to‑end operations.

Founded by passionate entrepreneurs, this brand champions natural, clean, health‑focused beverages and is proudly stocked across all major retailers.

You will…

  • Own end‑to‑end supply planning (short, medium, long term), ensuring agility, accuracy and timely product availability.
  • Manage MRP processes, including PO raising, material call‑offs and ensuring production plans align with supply needs.
  • Lead relationships with co‑manufacturers, overseeing capacity, production scheduling and issue resolution.
  • Drive forecasting, inventory management, packaging changes and cost‑saving initiatives across categories.
  • Act as a cross‑functional owner, working closely with Sales, Finance, Founders and Operations to support growth and deliver against tight timelines.

About you:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Senior Supply Planner or Planning Manager, ideally within food & beverage, FMCG, or consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical capability with solid hands‑on experience using ERP and planning systems.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to lead and deliver complex cross‑functional projects.
  • Excellent communicator, skilled in managing and influencing external partners and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you and you’re happy to work in the London office 5 days a week, please apply directly.
