As we continue to grow our partnerships across corporates, foundations, and impact-focused organisations, we are looking to bring on a thoughtful, relationship-led Strategic Partnerships Manager to help originate and shape high-quality partnership opportunities.

This is a flexible, part-time role focused on targeted outreach, partnership development, and contributing to proposals and overall partnership strategy.

What you’ll do
  • Identify and engage potential commercial and strategic partners aligned with Meaningful Business’ mission and work
  • Conduct targeted, high-quality outreach and relationship-building
  • Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, alignment, and readiness
  • Support the shaping of partnership proposals and value propositions
  • Contribute to partnership strategy, targeting, and pipeline development
  • Work closely with the Founder & CEO to translate initial conversations into well-scoped partnership opportunities
Who we’re looking for
  • 4–7+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or advisory roles
  • Background in sustainability, ESG, impact, or purpose-driven sectors is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial judgement and comfort with consultative, relationship-led sales cycles
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders (Director and C‑Suite level)
  • Self-directed, organised, and comfortable working independently in a flexible role
  • An existing relevant network across corporates, foundations, or the impact ecosystem is a strong advantage.
Why this role
  • Flexible, part-time commitment
  • Opportunity to play a critical role in shaping partnerships within a globally recognised impact community and award programme
  • Close collaboration with leadership on partnership strategy and proposal development
  • Purpose-driven work at the intersection of sustainability, innovation, and social impact
  • Outcomes-led compensation, including a performance-based element aligned with successfully developed and secured partnerships.
