We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Part –time Corporate Membership Officer to join our team.
This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with corporate clients and enhancing membership engagement.
AFBE-UK works with some of the biggest Engineering firms in the country and world.

The new Membership Officer will join our team and act as the interface between the AFBE and its corporate members.
This role would suit a driven individual with at least two years experience in corporate service with a keen eye for detail.
The role has a mix of administrative duties and direct corporate client engagement so a confident communicator is essential.
Responsibilities- Be a key contact for assigned corporate partners.
- Signpost our corporate members to our various product teams.
- Manage membership data, track interactions, and analyse sales performance.
- To manage the member life cycle i.e., sale and payment, new member communications, member agreement sign‑off and renewal process.
- To assist in the creation and development of membership and marketing material e.g. newsletters, new member welcome packs, e‑communications, member questionnaires and brochures.
- To manage and develop organisation membership events as well as attend events, both internally and externally on occasion.
- Work with other teams across the organisation to maximise engagement with membership recruitment strategy.
- Assist in the development of the membership recruitment and retention strategies.
- Produce maintain the organisational membership database with regular reporting on membership statistics and assist in sales forecasting.
- Liaise with the Finance Team to ensure accurate and up to date recording of payments.
- Maintain regular communication with existing members to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals.
- Assist with reports on membership statistics, sales performance, and client engagement for management review.
- Proven experience in a B2B or membership-related role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Client facing experience.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all member interactions are recorded accurately.

Pay:(Pro-Rata)£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
