We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Sustainability Consultant to join our team s is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in carbon accounting, ESG frameworks, and client advisory work, who’s ready to step into a more strategic, high-impact role.

In this position, you’ll lead projects that help our clients understand and reduce their carbon footprints, develop tailored decarbonisation strategies, and align with regulatory and voluntary ESG frameworks. You’ll work directly with senior leadership teams across a wide variety of organisations — including investment funds, corporates, and financial institutions — giving you direct exposure to strategic decision‑making and business transformation at board level.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping the evolution of our sustainability platform, using frontline insights to enhance our tools and services and ensure we continue to deliver credible, data‑led climate action at scale.

• Client Delivery
  :
  Lead client engagements and workshops, delivering strategy, insights, and sustainability roadmaps.
• Carbon Foot printing
  :
  Manage Scope 1–3 assessments and produce carbon reports aligned with GHG Protocol and SECR.
• Decarbonisation Planning
  :
  Develop tailored Net Zero strategies and recommend costed actions using platform analytics.
• Framework Compliance
  :
  Align reporting with TCFD, SECR, GRI, EDCI, and other ESG frameworks; stay current on regulations.
• Platform & Tools
  :
  Help evolve our tools by shaping outputs and contributing ideas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration
  :
  Work cross‑functionally and mentor junior team members on projects and best practices.

Your skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Proven experience working in sustainability consulting, carbon accounting, or ESG advisory.
• Strong understanding of carbon emissions, Net Zero strategies, and key sustainability frameworks.
• Experience leading client projects or work streams, including reporting and decarbonisation planning.
• Proficient in data analysis and tools like Excel or Power BI; familiarity with carbon accounting software/platforms is a plus.
• Clear communicator – able to present complex sustainability data in a way that informs decision‑making.
• Curious about the role of AI in sustainability, and eager to explore how data‑driven tools and emerging technologies can enhance carbon insights, automate ESG reporting, and scale impact with integrity.
• Proactive and commercially aware, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and client priorities.
• Creative and solutions‑focused, willing to challenge assumptions and suggest improvements.

You bring expertise in areas like:

• Carbon Accounting
  :
  In‑depth understanding of Scope 1, 2, 3 emissions and the GHG Protocol.
• Data Management & Analysis
  :
  Experience working with large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
• Sustainability Reporting & Frameworks
  :
  Good understanding of TCFD, SECR, GRI, SASB, ESOS, SBTi, EDCI, VSME, SFDR, and related disclosure standards.
