Our client is a well-established international children’s education franchise with a strong global presence and a growing UK network. They are now seeking a Franchise Startup Specialist to support new franchise partners through the early stages of their business journey, ensuring successful launches and long-term development.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with coaching, franchise development or business mentoring experience who enjoys working closely with franchisees and helping them build sustainable, high‑performing businesses.

The Franchise Startup Specialist will work closely with new franchise partners from onboarding through to early operational development. You will play a key role in supporting franchisees as they establish their business, providing structured guidance, coaching and operational support.

• Supporting new franchise partners through their startup journey
• Delivering structured onboarding and development support
• Coaching franchisees on business performance, growth and best practice
• Monitoring early performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Acting as a key point of contact during the early stages of franchise ownership
• Working collaboratively with the wider support team to ensure consistency and quality

• Franchise operations, multi‑site retail, or education services experience
• Coaching, mentoring or franchisee development experience
• Has opened or ramped multiple units
• Comfortable pushing back on franchisees and holding them to account
• Experienced working to OKRs and revenue targets
• Experienced analysing data and reviewing operational reports and P&Ls
• Comfortable presenting and training
• QFP qualification desirable

• £35k–£45k DOE + bonus + car allowance
