Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in London for a Change Analyst – Transformation & Change. The role involves supporting organizational transformation initiatives by working closely with stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities, conducting business analysis, and developing impactful solutions. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder engagement, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and contributing to the design and implementation of change strategies.

The Change Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that projects meet objectives and deliver value effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong Stakeholder Engagement and Stakeholder Management skills to build and maintain productive professional relationships.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new challenges in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in project delivery, preferably within transformation or change management contexts, is advantageous.
  • Degree or relevant qualification in business, management, or a related field is desirable.
