Events Executive

We’re looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Events Executive to join the Green & Fortune team, supporting corporate and private dining events across Sea Containers and Rose Court on London’s Southbank.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in event sales and planning within a premium hospitality environment. You’ll manage smaller to medium‑size events while supporting the wider team with administration, coordination, and sales activity — ensuring every event is well‑planned, commercially sound, and delivered to a high standard.

Working closely with the Head of Events, Head of Sales, and operational teams, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

About You
  • Experience in hospitality, events, or sales coordination, ideally within a corporate or premium venue environment.
  • Organised and detail‑focused, confident managing multiple enquiries and deadlines.
  • A clear and professional communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Commercially aware, with a proactive approach to upselling and supporting revenue performance.
Role Specifics Sales & Client Management
  • Manage inbound enquiries for private dining rooms and small to medium‑size dinners and receptions.
  • Create tailored proposals aligned to client requirements and venue offerings.
  • Upsell menus, wines, and event packages to maximise event value and client experience.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing enquiries through to structured operational handover.
Planning & Coordination
  • Prepare clear and accurate function sheets and event documentation to support seamless delivery.
  • Conduct venue site visits with clients and agencies where required.
  • Coordinate event requirements with hospitality operations, chefs, and site teams.
  • Attend and contribute to operational, sales, and function sheet meetings.
Administration, Reporting & Compliance
  • Accurately record enquiries, leads, and event activity within the CRM system.
  • Raise and manage contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and final invoices within agreed time frames.
  • Monitor payments for your events in line with internal processes and support revenue tracking.
  • Handle client and company data in accordance with data protection legislation and internal policies.
