We're an early-stage, stealth startup building a new kind of mobile-first product — one that blends evidence-informed learning design with AI-enabled coaching.
We're small, moving fast, and deliberately keeping the details close while we validate product-market fit. What we can share: this is not a content library. It's an experience designed around practice, feedback, and measurable progress — built with care for trust, tone, and real-world outcomes.
We are now entering a critical phase: moving from successful prototype into product-market fit, early commercial traction and scalable growth through partnerships and distribution.
We are looking for a proactive, commercially aware Partnerships & Project Manager who will play a central role in our early growth. The role sits at the intersection of partnerships, communications and commercial development, helping build the relationships and channels through which our product reaches young people, engages employers and maintains strong stakeholder alignment.
While the role includes coordination responsibilities across key work streams, its primary focus is outward-facing: developing partnerships that enable distribution, generate commercial opportunity and support long-term growth.
Working closely with the CEO and CPO, the role will also contribute to shaping our emerging commercial model — helping test partnership structures, pricing approaches and value propositions as the product moves towards scalable revenue.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building trust, opening doors, progressing opportunities and turning relationships into tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Education Partnerships (Distribution & Access)
Education partnerships represent a primary distribution channel for us. This role will lead the development and ongoing management of relationships with universities, schools, colleges and education networks.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing relationships with education institutions and employability & careers leaders.
- Securing access to student and parent audiences through institutional partnerships.
- Supporting partners to distribute and communicate our product through their own communication channels.
- Working with institutions to position our product as part of employability, skills and student development provision.
- Supporting pilots, user testing and early adoption programmes through education partners.
- Building long-term institutional relationships that support credibility, reach and scale.
Success looks like: education partners actively distributing and communicating our product to students and parents, generating consistent user adoption and repeat institutional engagement.
2. Corporate & Brand Partnerships (Commercial Partnerships)
Our product's commercial growth will be driven through partnerships with employers and brands seeking meaningful engagement with young people and measurable skills development outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing relationships with prospective corporate and brand partners.
- Supporting the progression of partnership conversations from introduction through to agreement and implementation.
- Working with partners to shape programmes aligned to employer talent, CSR and early-careers objectives.
- Maintaining strong ongoing relationships with active partners to ensure alignment, delivery quality and renewal potential.
- Working with the CEO and CPO to test and refine partnership models, pricing approaches and commercial structures.
Success looks like: corporate partners engaging commercially with our product, partnerships progressing into revenue-generating relationships, and partners demonstrating clear ongoing value and retention potential.
3. Shareholder & Investor Communications
As our product progresses through early funding and growth stages, consistent and professional stakeholder communication is essential to maintaining confidence and long-term support.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting structured shareholder and investor communications.
- Coordinating updates, progress reporting and ongoing engagement.
- Managing follow-ups, meetings and relationship continuity with investors…
