About the Role

As a Corporate Benefits Manager at Prudential Singapore, you will play a strategic role in helping organizations design and implement comprehensive employee benefits solutions. You will work closely with HR leaders, business owners, and corporate decision-makers to deliver tailored group insurance programs that enhance employee well‑being, strengthen retention, and support long‑term workforce sustainability.

This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives on building relationships, providing consultative advice, and driving growth through innovative employee benefit solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation:
    Engage with HR and business leaders to understand their employee benefits needs and challenges.
  • Solution Design:
    Develop customized group insurance and wellness solutions aligned with each company’s goals and budget.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring a high level of trust, service, and satisfaction.
  • Market Insights:
    Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to recommend enhancements to corporate benefits programs.
  • Business Development:
    Identify new corporate prospects, conduct presentations, and manage the end‑to‑end proposal process.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with underwriters, product specialists, and operations teams to deliver seamless implementation and support.
  • Renewal & Retention:
    Manage annual renewals, review claims experience, and strategize remarketing opportunities to ensure competitive client outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Local Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience in corporate insurance, employee benefits, or B2B sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
  • Self‑driven, adaptable, and customer‑focused with a consultative approach.
