Strategic Partnership Director

We are currently partnering with a leading AI-driven technology company in search for a Strategic Partnership Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and deepen strategic partnerships with overseas large enterprises, government agencies, and government-affiliated organizations, expanding key resource channels.
  • Lead major partnership negotiations and implementation
    , including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and resource exchange arrangements.
  • Collaborate closely with the investment team to provide strategic support for investment projects
    , driving business synergies and maximizing value.
  • Track global industry policies and market trends, identify potential collaboration opportunities, and deliver strategic insights and feasibility plans.
  • Maintain relationships with senior executives of key partners, regularly organize visits and exchange activities to ensure ongoing collaboration.
    • Requirements
    • Background in VC/FA, investment banking, or strategic partnerships in major internet/tech companies
      , with extensive project execution experience.
    • 5+ years of overseas work experience
      , familiar with the business environment and regulatory landscape in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia.
    • High maturity, capable of independently handling major projects, with strong resource integration and problem-solving abilities
      .
    • Possess sharp business acumen
      , able to quickly identify and seize strategic opportunities.
