Job DescriptionThe Partnership Sales Manager will spearhead strategic alliances and sponsorship-driven revenue within the London market. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this role focuses on cultivating high-value partnerships with brands, venues, and corporate sponsors, while aligning with the organization’s values and hospitality standards. The incumbent will design and negotiate partnership packages, lead pursuit strategies, and manage end-to-end deal execution, including coalition-building with internal stakeholders across marketing, events, and hospitality operations.
The ideal candidate will combine a consultative sales approach with a deep understanding of the sports and hospitality ecosystem, delivering measurable commercial impact for this organisation.
- Develop and execute the partnership sales strategy within the London market, focusing on premium brands and corporate sponsors aligned to the organization’s hospitality offering.
- Identify, approach and secure new sponsorship opportunities, including venue partnerships, event sponsor ships, and longstanding brand collaborations.
- Lead negotiations, packaging, proposals, and closing deals with senior stakeholders across client organisations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored sponsorship activations and events that maximize partner value and fan engagement.
- Monitor performance against agreed KPIs, revenue targets, and ROI metrics; provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Maintain a robust pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
- Proven track record in enterprise-level sponsorship sales, preferably within sports, hospitality, or related sectors.
- Strong network within London and the broader corporate community.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and proposal development capabilities.
- Ability to influence at senior levels and drive complex partnership deals to a successful close.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills across internal teams.
- Comfort with data analytics and KPI-driven environments; proficient with CRM systems and performance dashboards.
- Commercially astute with a client-centric mindset; results-focused and resilient under pressure.
