* The Opportunity:

** We are looking for an ambitious Affiliate & Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive new affiliated partnerships that enhance the Stream ecosystem. This role is focused on securing marketing budgets and affiliate partnership spend from existing and prospective clients, as well as marketing agencies, to feature exclusive discounts, promotions, and offers within the Stream super-app.

You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our affiliated rewards and incentives, strengthening relationships with employer partners, and unlocking additional value for their employees.

* Key Responsibilities:

* ** Identify & Secure Partnerships:
** Develop and execute a strategy to identify, engage, and onboard new affiliate partners from existing and prospective client bases, as well as marketing agencies.
* ** Drive Revenue through Affiliate Spend:
** Pitch and secure marketing budgets and affiliate partnership spend from companies looking to showcase their offers to Stream users.
* ** Develop Compelling Partner Propositions:
** Create tailored value propositions for potential partners, demonstrating how featuring their discounts in the Stream app can enhance brand engagement and drive conversions.
* ** Manage the Full Sales Cycle:
** From prospecting to closing deals, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
* ** Collaborate with Internal Teams:
** Work closely with marketing, partnerships, client success and product teams to enhance the affiliate offering and user experience.
* ** Monitor Performance & Optimisation:
** Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI for partners, providing insights to optimise results.
* ** Stay Ahead of Market Trends:
** Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new marketing opportunities to enhance Stream’s affiliate ecosystem.

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Proven experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate sales or marketing—preferably within retail, hospitality, travel or other front-line industries
* A strong network within brand partnerships, with experience in securing co-marketing budgets and affiliate spend.
* An appetite to work closely with a Strategic Relationship Manager to foster brand relationships.
* Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate value effectively to senior stakeholders.
* A data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and report on partnership performance.
* Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for growth and innovation, We want someone with big ambitions and ideas to take this area of the business from early stages through to considerable revenue.

** We operate a hybrid policy with a requirement of 3 days a week in the London office
** Salary:
** Marketing leading salary & commission structure + equity & benefits
* 25 Days Annual Leave in addition to public holidays (up to 5 day rollover), as well as flexible time off allowances for any ad-hoc childcare/family/caring needs
