As a Business Management Associate within Corporate Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business performance and supporting strategic objectives. You will work closely with senior management and cross‑functional partners, helping to coordinate the deployment of resources and drive key initiatives. You will build a broad network across the firm, gaining exposure to multiple asset classes and sustainability‑focused projects.

Your contributions will help advance the firm’s goals in sustainable development and climate transition, while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

• Support the Corporate Advisory business in executing strategic and tactical objectives.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sustainability, Strategy, Risk, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and other internal functions.
• Provide leverage to management through process development, controls, technology solutions, and project management.
• Represent the group in various forums and support the Global Business Manager as a trusted advisor.
• Drive business performance management, including business reviews, competitive positioning, and resource management.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues and risks impacting the business.
• Understand and enhance market and climate‑related data management frameworks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of priorities.
• Draft high‑impact presentations and documentation for senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal counterparts across the firm.
• Foster a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.

• Experience with or interest in investment banking, sustainability, climate transition, or adaptation.
• Robust understanding of investment banking products and broader corporate advisory solutions.
• Relevant professional qualifications in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel modeling and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and succinctly.
