Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Residential team in the Architecture industry. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and help grow our market presence. You’ll work closely with architects, contractors, and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals, attend industry events, and expand our network. Your insights will guide strategic decisions, ensuring our business development efforts align with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential architecture and planning sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business development aligns with service offerings and project goals.
  • Attend networking events to enhance company visibility and industry presence.
  • Monitor industry changes to inform business strategy and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design , Fine Art , Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the design, architechture industry.
  • Strong understanding of architectural processes and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in using computer-aided design software and other business development tools.
