About the Role

This role is a 12‑month contract for maternity cover. The Senior Revenue Operations Manager is the strategic Rev Ops leader and primary business partner to Perk’s Global SDR organisation, directly supporting North America and European SDR leadership across both inbound and outbound prospecting motions. The position owns the SDR Rev Ops strategy, roadmap, and operating model, ensuring scalable processes, high‑quality data, effective prospecting technology, and consistent pipeline generation during a significant period of SDR headcount growth.

What

You Will Do Strategic Ownership & Business Partnership
  • Act as the primary Rev Ops partner to Global SDR leaders in North America and Europe, aligning operational strategy to pipeline generation goals.
  • Define and own the SDR Rev Ops strategy, roadmap, and priorities across inbound qualification and outbound prospecting.
  • Serve as the Rev Ops representative and escalation point for the SDR organisation.
  • Translate growth targets and productivity goals into scalable processes, tooling, and performance insights that accelerate pipeline creation.
Operating Model & Execution Accountability
  • Design and run the SDR operating cadence, including performance rhythms, activity governance, and productivity reviews.
  • Drive end‑to‑end optimisation of prospecting and qualification workflows to improve efficiency, conversion, and scalability.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy across SDR activities and pipeline generation metrics.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives that enhance SDR productivity, capacity planning, territory coverage, and lead management effectiveness.
Technology & Systems Ownership
  • Act as business owner for SDR prospecting and intelligence tools, including Outreach, Gong, Linked In Sales Navigator and Cognism.
  • Define requirements, prioritise enhancements, and drive tool adoption and standardisation across regions.
  • Partner with Revenue Systems, Data, and Enablement to ensure workflows, integrations, and reporting enable SDR execution at scale.
Leadership & Impact
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Revenue Operations team members supporting the SDR function.
  • Influence senior stakeholders using data‑driven insights and clear operational recommendations.
  • Measure, communicate, and continuously improve the business impact of SDR Rev Ops initiatives on pipeline generation and productivity.
What You Will Bring
  • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success partnering with SDR or pipeline‑generation teams in high‑growth organisations.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and business partnering with regional SDR leadership.
  • Deep understanding of prospecting, lead qualification, activity productivity, and pipeline creation dynamics.
  • Experience owning and optimising SDR technology ecosystems (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, Cognism, CRM).
  • Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and operational scaling capabilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing environment.
