Location: Greater London
Channel Business Manager (CBM) – WEUR/MEA
We are seeking an experienced Channel Business Manager (CBM) to lead our go-to-market efforts across the WEUR and MEA region, with a primary focus on the UK & Ireland
. This role is pivotal in strengthening our relationships with Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) partners and expanding their delivery of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services.
Your Mission
- Develop and execute the regional channel go-to-market strategy in collaboration with MSSP partners across WEUR and MEA.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners to drive adoption and growth of MDR and cybersecurity services.
- Collaborate with internal international teams (sales, marketing, sales engineering, product) to align regional plans with corporate objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and support partners in creating tailored value propositions for local markets.
- Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives, including private events, workshops, and executive sessions with partners.
- Monitor partner performance, market dynamics, and business outcomes to ensure objectives are met.
- Deliver regular business reviews, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in partner engagement, enablement, and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with cybersecurity vendors, SOC teams, or other cyber defense-related products.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Self-motivated and proactive, managing multiple priorities across time zones.
- Proven channel or partner management experience, ideally with MSSP or MDR-focused organizations.
- Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
Benefits & Process
- Remote position based in the UK; professional travel paid by company.
- Interview process includes one interview with Head of Channel CEUR, one interview with Head of Sales Engineer CEUR, an interview with Head of Sales JAPAC, and a final interview with Chief Revenue Officer.
- Interview schedule typically takes 2–3 weeks.
