Are you a driven and passionate Commercial Sales professional with a knack for building lasting relationships? Granada Secondary Glazing is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, your experience in commercial sales will be instrumental in forging strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. You will be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently bringing energy, focus, and a business-winning mindset to everything you do.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation & Relationship Building – Actively generate new enquiries, utilise lead generation tools, and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Client Engagement – Vet and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Marketing & Brand Promotion – Collaborate with the Marketing team to strategically target key sectors and refine communication strategies.
  • Commercial Acumen – Conduct credit checks, review contracts, and ensure a thorough understanding of terms, scopes of work, and proposed schedules.
  • Reporting & Administration – Maintain an up-to-date CRM, track project progress, follow up on quotations, and provide sales forecasts based on key performance indicators.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial sales, particularly with Main Contractors, Housing Associations, and Local Authorities.
  • A strong track record of success in business development roles, demonstrating measurable achievements.
  • Well-established professional network and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • A results-driven approach and a relentless, business-winning mentality.
  • Location: This role is field based in London, with regular client visits and monthly meetings held at our Head Office in Sheffield.
