The Post-Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for managing deal processing after a sale is completed, serving as the key liaison between Finance and Sales to ensure seamless transition of closed deals into the finance system for invoicing. This role focuses on ensuring customer data is reflected and recorded accurately in Salesforce.
Essential Functions- Assist with contract modifications and post-sale adjustments in Salesforce.
- Liaise with Finance and Sales to answer questions as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to CSMs, NSEs and AEs on post-sales workflows and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues impacting contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve post-sales operational efficiency.
- Participate in process enhancement initiatives to optimize the customer lifecycle.
- Handle special projects as assigned by leadership.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support with strong Salesforce CRM expertise.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced preferred), and Salesforce.
