We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Allocation Solutions Manager to join the Collections By Tik Tok (CBT) logistics team. This role involves planning from our consolidation locations through to Middle Mile and Last Mile allocation via multiple LSPs, leveraging data to drive change, building models to improve cost and lead time. Creating strong relationships with logistics service providers and owning solutions to unlock new shipping lanes through the CBT program.

• Responsible for the Collections By Tik Tok (CBT) First Mile (FM) and Middle Mile (MM) operations, including improving job collection success rate, jobs per route, volume per route and reducing CPP for CBT.
• Managing capacity allocation, partnering with procurement, finance and strategy teams to align on forward‑thinking approaches that reduce cost and lead time.
• Working with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers to consume data and supply data, improving operational intelligence. Managing the throughput and capacity handover from First Mile (FM) to MM/LM.
• Identifying pain points, highlighting challenges and recommending optimal solutions to deliver against KPIs. Building procedures and systems to gain better end‑to‑end performance for merchants and customers.
• Developing solutions including but not limited to internal system features, supplier platforms, driver‑facing applications, internal shipment tracking software, consolidation operations network design and warehouse management systems.
• Coordinating with internal and external teams, writing business recommendations to propose change and ensuring designed solutions are launched as planned with quality in mind.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in the UK/EU e‑commerce warehousing and fulfillment industry. Familiar with FM consolidation, MM and LM or end‑to‑end warehouse operations.
• Previous experience working with stakeholders or driving system changes, building from scratch is a bonus, including allocation models and FM consolidation network design.
• E‑commerce thinking, customer‑oriented, spirit of exploration, strong sense of responsibility, strong data analysis skill and project management skill, and rich experience in cross‑functional communication and coordination.
• Data‑oriented with experience in creating logical planning models based on validated assumptions, with a preferred skill set in SQL or Python.
• Able to write comprehensive documentation, having prepared business cases with recommendations for significant changes is a must – (Case Review/Light BRD might be requested in interview).

• Data‑centric with strong analytical skills: capable of building models to identify trends, using historical learnings for future planning to mitigate risk.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills: capable of identifying, assessing, writing and discussing risks with recommendations for improvement with the intention of solution design and delivering results.
• Managing product lifecycle: proven background or skill set to build or support product development teams, strategic forward‑thinking with experience ownership of metrics and roadmaps with mid/long term goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills: collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external contractors to set clear expectations, align project priorities and milestones, drive accountability for metric and ops KPIs.
• Strong change management skills: capable of processing requests, adapting processes, handling timelines and building supporting mechanisms for change.
• Self‑starter, proven track record of owning and driving significant metric shifts that contribute to larger business goals.
