Location: Greater London
Hybrid:
London, 8 days per month in office
Salary: £72,700–£80,800 + up to 20% bonus
The RoleWe’re looking for a Supplier Business Manager to own a key supplier relationship, act as the main escalation point, and ensure top-tier performance in a regulated environment. You’ll manage disputes, deliver monthly reviews, and influence outcomes through strong relationships and clear, concise communication.
What You’ll Do- Lead monthly supplier performance reviews and report against contract and regulatory requirements
- Resolve issues and act as the first point of escalation
- Collaborate across teams on forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing
- Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and performance
- Experience in a regulated or service-based environment
- Strong stakeholder management and dispute resolution skills
- Supplier performance oversight, escalation, and improvement experience
- Financial awareness: budgeting, forecasting, reporting
- Clear, concise communicator, proactive, and accountable
Hybrid: 8 days per month in office
Competitive salary + up to 20% bonus
