Overview:
Strategy Manager. A core role within the Strategy & Transformation team, providing expert analytical skills across key strategic initiatives to drive effective decision making and delivery to enable the achievement of the strategic growth plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own strategic models and undertake scenario analyses to understand the potential impacts of strategic decisions.
- Work with finance to define and measure strategic KPIs to assess the achievement of the company strategy.
- Analyze and report on the performance of strategic initiatives, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Undertake industry and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
- Work with business stakeholders to shape strategic options and recommendations for key strategic initiatives.
- Lead the development of strategic plans for specific initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects successfully.
- Prepare and present strategic plans and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure strategic alignment.
- Drive innovation by identifying new business opportunities and growth areas, aligned to the strategic priorities.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness to drive achievement of the strategic plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including problem/opportunity framing & solution shaping.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment & balance multiple priorities.
- Collaborator who engages well with different stakeholder groups & can utilize facilitation skills to drive alignment/consensus.
