Overview
Serve as the dedicated systems enablement specialist and process owner for FCM M&E. Bridge business requirements with technology solutions while enforcing, governing, and continuously improving operational standards and tool usage aligned with global OBW standards. Act as the critical bridge between global product owners, regional business needs, and frontline operations. Whilst this role will primarily focus on M&E, there is an expectation to support across all corporate brands to ensure aligned, future-fit and scalable ways of working.

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in business systems, process improvement, or operations roles
- Proven experience with business process mapping, documentation, and optimisation
- Demonstrated ability to configure and manage business systems/pl atforms
- Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple organisational levels
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or events industry
- Knowledge of meetings & events business models and workflows
- Experience with travel management systems (e.g., Workspace, Agent Workspace, booking platforms)
- Exposure to OBW (Operating Business Way) or similar operational frameworks
- Experience working in a matrixed organisation with global/regional structures
- Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, or business analysis certification
- System configuration and administration capabilities
- Understanding of CRM, booking, or event management platforms
- Basic understanding of system integrations and data flows
