Lead Associate - Professional Services - Executive Search

A values-led, well-established security services provider is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across across Central London. One day you'll need to wear you're hard hat on site, the next you'll be supporting global prestigious clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives on accountability, is commercially minded, and can operate their contract like it’s their own business - driving performance, engagement, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Manage the operational delivery of manned guarding services across multiple sites.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, conducting regular performance reviews, KPI meetings, and ensuring service excellence.
  • Run your contract like a business. Own the P&L, manage budgets exceeding £5m, forecast accurately, and monitor all financial activity.
  • Visit sites regularly to ensure the welfare of officers, consistent service levels, and compliance with internal systems.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop site-based teams and direct reports through goal-setting, performance reviews, and daily leadership.
  • Maintain clean records and reporting for invoicing, payroll, and internal systems and proactively resolving discrepancies.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing contracts and support business development with insights and leads.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

To Be Successful:

  • Valid SIA Front-Line Licence (SG/DS) is essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience managing multi-site security contracts and large officer teams
  • Strong financial awareness, must be confident managing large budgets, forecasting, and reporting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - client-focused and calm under pressure
  • High levels of organisation, with great attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Solid IT skills, especially MS Office and workforce management systems
  • A collaborative, values-driven mindset and the resilience to lead by example
  • Available to work  as standard with some OOH works
