About the RoleWe are seeking a Director of Client Solutions & Growth to lead business expansion and solution innovation within our facilities management operations. This role identifies market opportunities, develops client-centric service solutions, and drives long-term, profitable growth. The ideal candidate brings deep FM industry experience, commercial acumen, and a passion for transforming customer needs into scalable offerings.

- Solution Development & Innovation – Design and evolve integrated facilities management solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop operating models, digital transformation initiatives, and sustainability-focused offerings.
- Benchmark and introduce industry innovations that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and client value.
- Oversee pre-sales solution design, pricing strategy, and customised proposals.
- Growth – Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives across core offerings.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging market trends.
- Oversee bid strategy and management for large-scale FM tenders, working cross-functionally with operations and finance.
- Lead strategic bidding and major client acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term revenue planning and market expansion.
- Insights – Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable insights for service innovation and positioning.
- Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand challenges and co-create relevant messaging and offerings.
- Respond to and manage client enquiries via website, Linked In and government portals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients and prospects, translating needs into strategic solutions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to co-create value propositions aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and technical leads to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions.
- Leadership – Build and lead a high-performing team of commercially focused specialists.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability within the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven success in developing and closing large-scale FM contracts or enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong understanding of FM service delivery models, contract structures, and operational drivers.
- Excellent strategic thinking, commercial insight, and analytical capability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Exposure to workplace transformation or integrated services.
- Familiarity with CAFM/IWMS tools, ESG/sustainability frameworks, or digital FM platforms.
- Experience in both public and private sector FM environments.
- Strong network across real estate, CRE, or FM industry segments.
