You'll lead nmbl’s European growth strategy - identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and helping bring our capabilities to new brands. You will work directly with our leadership team to expand nmbl’s presence across key markets including the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, and beyond.
What this role is ideal for someone who:- Has deep relationships within brand, marketing, or innovation teams
- Understands the evolving world of performance marketing and creative production
- Thrives in entrepreneurial environments
- Loves building something meaningful from the ground up
- Identify and secure partnerships with ambitious consumer brands
- Build relationships with CMOs, marketing leaders, and founders
- Lead strategic conversations around growth, creative, and performance
- Develop market entry strategies across key European markets
- Represent nmbl at industry events and networks
- Cultivate partnerships with agencies, studios, and platforms
- Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients
- Collaborate with our strategy and creative teams on tailored proposals
- Help craft scopes and partnerships that set clients up for long-term success
- 8–15+ years experience in agency growth, partnerships, or business development
- Deep network within European brand and marketing leadership circles
- Proven track record winning meaningful client partnerships
- Strategic thinker who understands both brand and performance marketing
- Performance marketing ecosystems (Meta, Google, Amazon)
- Creative production and content systems
