As our Senior Product Manager
, you will lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of both customer-facing and internal products within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap definition through launch, iteration, and optimisation—turning complex challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.

Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Operations, you will balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Data-driven and user-first, you will define success metrics, analyse performance, and continuously improve products based on insights and outcomes. You will champion the customer’s voice while driving clarity, momentum, and measurable results across initiatives.

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Translate complex problems into clear priorities and scalable solutions.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Define success metrics, analyse performance data, and drive continuous improvement.
• Advocate for users by embedding customer insights into every stage of development.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and focus on results.

• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in technology or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of leading successful customer-facing and/or internal products.
• Strong strategic thinking balanced with hands‑on, execution-focused delivery.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and translate insights into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confident, resilient leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capability.
• Passion for building intuitive, scalable products that drive operational excellence and long-term growth.
