The BusinessMy client is a technology-focused consultancy operating within Financial Services and Global Markets. Originally founded in 2015 as a recruitment business, they have evolved into a consultancy-led model focused on SOW and contract solutions.
Following a period of strategic repositioning and growth in its contractor base the business continues to expand.
The business is entrepreneurial and ambitious, with strong progression opportunities for the right individual.
The RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and personable Operations & Relationship Coordinator to support the day-to-day B2B operations across 2 brands.
This role sits at the intersection of client relationships, contractor coordination, and operational administration. You will work closely with the sales team and leadership to ensure smooth operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Act as a key point of contact for clients and contractors
- Track client payment schedules and follow up professionally on outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, MSAs, payment terms, and timelines
- Coordinate contractor timesheets and ensure timely submissions
- Ensure contractor payments are processed accurately and on schedule
- Support reviewing MSAs and partner agreements (desirable experience)
- Liaise internally with sales, finance, and leadership to maintain operational efficiency
- Assist with broader operational and process improvements
- Experience with in a contract recruitment business or tech consultancy (highly desirable)
- Understanding of contractor processes, timesheets, invoicing, and payment cycles
- Exposure to reviewing MSAs or commercial agreements (advantageous)
- Broad operational experience
- Interest in marketing or fundraising/cash flow management (beneficial but not essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional when following up on payments
- Process-driven and reliable
- Positive, patient, and low ego
- Likes to be challenged and take ownership
- Strong communicator and naturally likeable
