Interim HR Adviser

I am urgently seeking Interim HR Change Advisers for my Higher Education sector client based in the City of London for a period of 6 months. This is a full time role paying £43,482 to £44,746 per year and is office based 3 days per week, with 2 days per week remote.

The ideal candidate will have experience from within unionised environments as follows:

• Leading or supporting on restructure
• Leading or supporting in consultation meetings and being able to provide advice to employees related to change
• Managing ER casework related to Change / Restructure
• Experience of liaison with Trade Unions
• Knowledge of Employment Law and best practices in employee relations, particularly in the context of restructures, mergers, redundancies and settlement agreements
• Understanding good practice job design and job evaluation (Korn Ferry would be an advantage)
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Having excellent attention to detail

Experience in the Higher Education sector in a similar role would be an advantage.
