Business Development Executive - Central London, £40k + Commission Role Summary

We’re seeking a motivated BDE to help drive early pipeline through inbound lead conversion and outbound prospecting. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced sales leaders and receive structured onboarding and coaching.

• Generate qualified meetings through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow‑up.
• Run targeted sales campaigns to grow brand presence in key markets.
• Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Partner with Account Executives to penetrate target accounts.
• Communicate the company values to stakeholders from HR managers to C‑Suite.
• Conduct account research and support event‑based lead generation.

• 1+ year sales development experience (enterprise preferred).
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organization, creativity, and ability to exceed targets.
• Experience with MS Office and Salesforce required.
