Job DescriptionAs the founding Customer Success hire (Employee #1 or #2), you will own the entire customer journey for senior property professionals at major commercial real estate firms. Working directly with the co-founders, you will transform manual Excel-based modeling into streamlined AI workflows while building the company’s account management playbook from scratch.

- Partner with the product team to translate customer feedback into new AI features, directly influencing the technical roadmap of the platform.
- 1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally within a fast‑paced B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from zero rather than just following existing playbooks or rigid corporate structures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the professional gravitas required to build trust and manage relationships with senior commercial real‑estate stakeholders.
