AboutYour Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early‑career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
- Human Resources Support:
Handle employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, visa assistance, and leave management. - Payroll & Benefits Support:
Assist with monthly payroll processing, tax reporting, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local regulations. - Operations & Systems Support:
Support and optimize global systems, such as Workday and Service Now, to improve operational efficiency. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with global business units to ensure high‑quality and efficient service delivery. - Employee Inquiry Support:
Serve as the first point of contact to respond to employee questions on HR, payroll, or policy topics, ensuring timely and accurate resolution or escalation when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields.
- Fluent in English; strong cross‑cultural communication and teamwork experience is a plus. Mandarin is also strongly preferred.
- Proficient in office software; basic data analysis skills required.
- Fast learner, proactive, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player.
