They have an in-depth knowledge of business, industry sectors and markets and understand the constantly changing risks and opportunities at the heart of our clients’ affairs. The team work across strategy, operations and improvement as well as at a transactional and defined project level. From technology to risk advisory, they’re experts in following through on top-level instructions and resolving the finer details – all in one straight‑forward package.

Transaction Services, you will have the opportunity to support a range of clients by providing due diligence services to support them through events such as acquisitions, sale processes and capital markets transactions. We help to deliver successful transaction outcomes through our data‑driven insights and commercial acumen.
You’ll be someone with:- Good working knowledge of transaction services.
- Previous experience of managing teams.
- Self‑starter who enjoys working as part of a team, but can also work autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable ability to build networking relationships with referrers
- A basis for an area of focus, such as a sector or a channel, so that future Business Development activities have a focus
- Demonstrates a pro‑active approach to continuous development
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.
