Job status: temporary assignment until 05/06/2026, 100% office-based

Working hours: 37.5h p/week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Who You'll Be Working for: World class luxury fashion brand.
Responsibilities:- Own and drive the product category, managing the full life cycle from brief to exit.
- Develop and present the range plan, defining pricing architecture, carry-over strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Strategically manage raw material bookings, ensuring accurate system input, tracking, and clear executive recaps.
- Lead product delist and markdown strategy; present clear recommendations to senior leadership for approval.
- Analyse daily and weekly sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and partner closely with Planning to drive timely actions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sourcing, Design, Product Development, and Planning, including ownership of key meetings.
- Leverage regional feedback and market insights to inform data‑driven product decisions.
- Influence stakeholders confidently across functions and seniority levels.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Assistant Merchandiser, ensuring continuous progression, skill development, and strong performance; act as a clear point of leadership and guidance.
- Deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring strong execution and on-time delivery.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of seasonal tools and PLM data.
- Support market training initiatives and provide operational support to maintain team efficiency.
- Luxury fashion menswear merchandising experience - essential.
- Strong menswear market awareness and product sensitivity.
- Sharp commercial instinct and analytical mindset.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Proactive, accountable, action-driven.
